Hey Girls wanted to raise awareness of the shocking stat that 1 in 10 of us in the UK can’t afford period products. We created an online campaign that did just that, by tapping into the most motivating emotion - anger.

Hey Girls is a buy-one, give-one period products social enterprise working to eradicate period poverty. To raise awareness, and under budget constraints, we created a brand film that taps into the most motivating emotion - anger.

Alongside the longer brand film, we created hard hitting shorter edits which leant into native Instagram features, statics featuring real and shocking quotes we found that people had made on social, and a selection of GIFs.
